I’m excited to be celebrating 26 years in the Real Estate industry and to have helped hundreds of people right-size their homes. My career is a culmination of relationships built with clients through honesty, integrity, respect and a good dose of humour. I’ve worked extensively with new home buyers, growing families and people of all ages looking to simplify their lifestyle, which is the driving force behind the ‘Right-sizing’ seminars I hold regularly in the TRICO CENTRE SENIORS LOUNGE. My love of running & fitness are why I’ve been a Trico Centre member for the past 20 years and led to my decision to become the sponsor of the Seniors Lounge in 2023. Sydney is my daughter and business partner. She’s been working with me since she was a young girl, helping with client events and open houses. Since earning her Bachelor of Applied Interior Design at Mount Royal University, she has spent the past decade working in Residential and Commercial design, setting up builder Show Homes and assisting my seller clients with both occupied & vacant staging. Sydney’s experience and passion for design makes her a great asset for anyone looking to sell quickly and for the best price. Grant & I have been married for 35 years and in that time owned many properties. We built up our equity by purchasing older homes that needed a lot of TLC. Grant used those properties to hone his handyman skills and now, having stepped back from his own career, regularly helps my clients address small fixes in their homes to ensure they’re market ready. He’s also an experienced drone flyer and can highlight the unique features of your property through drone images & video. We are a family team that understands the important connection between home and family life so you can count on us to guide you through the buying and selling process with respect and patience.
