Jan Williamson has had almost 2 decades of continuous work in the Real Estate marketplace, between the brand new, and the resale sides of the industry (including full construction, custom, and condominium sales). She is a Certified New Home Sales Professional through the Professional Home Builders' Association, and a licensed REALTOR® in the Province of Alberta, now choosing CIR REALTY®’s vibrant environment for personal and professional development. To assist clients from all walks of life, Jan has incorporated her own experiences from having grown up as a new immigrant (Jan is a firstborn Canadian and dual citizen, from a Jamaican-European family heritage), combined that with having worked in family-owned small business endeavours since her early years, and has also drawn from several years of positions between the Hospitality and Social Work industries as well. From this multi-faceted history, Jan’s perspective brings a higher level of compassion, attention to particular details that might impact decision-making, and a view to creating balance, in each individual client situation. Since early 2004, Jan’s primary role was in the incredibly busy and intense world of new homes – where every client relationship lasted a year! - however, gradually, and in a growing capacity since having become a licensed REALTOR® in 2011, she has now partnered professionally with her father, Gary Williamson (recipient of Integrity Awards and other accolades, and another REALTOR®/Associate Broker/Mentor at CIR REALTY®) to provide comprehensive new and previously loved home purchase or listing journeys.
